Day 3 – Physical education lesson with Michael Rodas – Scooter Board Activities !!!


Regular Physical Activity…..

It helps build and maintain healthy bones and muscles in children. It helps reduce the risk of developing obesity and chronic diseases later in life, such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease. It also reduces feelings of depression and anxiety and promotes psychological well-being.

Most importantly, it is a fun way for us to bond with our visitors!
